Hi everyone, welcome back. After a few years of no posts I’ve decided to make a new name for my blog-LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS-. But, right now I think you should learn a little about this year’s adventure. It all starts here …

My parents decided that we, once again, would fly to Europe. First we flew to the capital of Qatar[ ka-taa ], Doha. Then from Doha we flew towards our destination, which was, as usual, Berlin, Germany.

My family and I had carried out some plans to buy a car, we spent a week in Berlin then drove to Zurich, Switzerland, stoped for two nights at Geneva and moved on to Chamonix, France. In France we stayed at Big Sky Hotel and bumped into my mum’s cousin, Harriet or Hatty and my second cousin Curtis, together we went to see the Ice Caves and it was beautiful. Curtis called his twin friends Rocco and Caspar over to play soccer with us and Rocco ended up spraining my ankle.

We drove to Venice, Italy and stayed in a rental apartment for two more nights. Now here’s a funny tale to tell you, on the last day right when we were leaving my suitcase with all of my things in it fell into the Grand Canal, the most famous river in all of Italy!

We’ve taken a car ferry to Croatia to stay there for a fortnight and during that fortnight we got to be part of a photoshoot for a magazine! Now we’re headed back towards Berlin. I insist you now look at some photos from the trip.
